Together, we can alleviate your relationship distress, tackle anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia, navigate perfectionism and procrastination, fight obsessions, support you through grief and loss, help understand your teenager, or make decisions and steps related to fertility. We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT) to tackle acute issues, help resolve inner conflicts using Internal Family Systema (IFS) approach, or turn to many other treatment strategies. Reversing pro-inflammatory trends may return stunning results in both mental and physical wellbeing. Assessment of medications use can help optimize the overall treatment plan.

 

How it works:

You are invited to make an appointment for a virtual or phone session, securely and confidentially. You will receive an email with a link to your session. You will be contacted by your therapist, and will receive the intake and waiver forms – it is desirable that you complete it at least a couple of days before the appointment. This will save some time during your first session.

The first meeting with the therapist would typically be for learning about each other and about what brought you in, and for discussing the plan for the next session(s).

 You will be met with attention and compassion and without judgement, and your therapist will be there for you to help you live life as a better version.
